The Tribunal has unconditionally approved the large merger between TFC Operations (Pty) Ltd (“TFC”) and PEG Retail Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“PEG”).
The acquiring group provides retail services and supplies a variety of products and services mainly to customers operating in the agricultural sector, but also to the general public. It sells fuel directly to farmers and also controls and operates retail fuel stations.
PEG is an independent fuel retailer in South Africa.
