The Tribunal has unconditionally approved the large merger wherein Namane Resources (Pty) Ltd (“Namane”) intend to acquire certain assets held in the following firms: Resgen South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Resgen SA”); Resgen SA Farms (Pty) Ltd; Waterberg One Coal (Pty) Ltd (“Waterberg”); and Ledjadja Coal (Pty) Ltd (“Ledjadja”) (collectively the target group). Post-merger, Namane Group will have control of the target group.

The Tribunal has unconditionally approved the large merger wherein Namane Resources (Pty) Ltd (“Namane”) intend to acquire certain assets held in the following firms: Resgen South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Resgen SA”); Resgen SA Farms (Pty) Ltd; Waterberg One Coal (Pty) Ltd (“Waterberg”); and Ledjadja Coal (Pty) Ltd (“Ledjadja”) (collectively the target group). Post-merger, Namane Group will have control of the target group.
Namane Group comprises several firms with interests in mining and logistics. The target group constitutes assets and thus does not control any firms.
