The Competition Tribunal has unconditionally approved the proposed merger in which Fedbond Nominees (Pty) Ltd (“Fedbond Nominees”) intends to acquire various rentable retail properties (“target properties”) from Phoenix Property Fund SA (Pty) Ltd. Post merger, Fedbond Nominees will acquire sole control over the target properties.

The Competition Tribunal has unconditionally approved the proposed merger in which Fedbond Nominees (Pty) Ltd (“Fedbond Nominees”) intends to acquire various rentable retail properties (“target properties”) from Phoenix Property Fund SA (Pty) Ltd. Post merger, Fedbond Nominees will acquire sole control over the target properties.
The acquiring group (Fedbond Nominees, its controlling entities and subsidiaries) offers a range of financial services to the public.
The target properties are letting enterprises comprising retail properties.
