The Tribunal has, subject to an employment related condition, approved the proposed large merger wherein Commercial Cold Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“CCH”) intends to acquire Sequence Logistics Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Sequence Logistics Holdings”).
CCH is a newly incorporated company and does not currently undertake any business activities. The acquiring group, through its subsidiary “TLG Group”, is involved in the provision of third-party cold storage services. The Sequence Group provides third party cold storage services which entails bulk frozen and chilled warehouses.
