MEET THE OPERATIONAL TEAM

Supporting staff are appointed by the chairperson and act as the secretariat of the Competition Tribunal. The secretariat comprises four divisions and is directed by the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Sherylee Moonsamy
Finance
Provides financial and procurement services ensuring that the Competition Tribunal manages its resources effectively in order to meet its objectives.
Tebogo Mputle
Registry
Manages all the activities related to the Registry Division and acts as a Registrar for the Competition Tribunal and Competition Appeal Court.
Jabulani Ngobeni
Case Management
Head of the case management division which assists panels in hearing a matter before the Competition Tribunal.
